For training partners, coaches and L&D teams

Measure what your training changes.

Build assessments, surveys, quizzes and 360 feedback. Run them before and after a programme, in seven languages, and give every client results they can read.

Participants need no account. They open a link, choose their language and answer.

One platform

Four ways to measure people

Choose the category when you create an instrument. It decides whether answers are scored and which features you get.

Assessments

Scored evaluations of traits, mindsets and competencies. A blueprint turns answers into dimensions, result ranges and archetypes.

Surveys

Feedback and opinions gathered as they are, with theme analysis that groups open-text answers and reads their sentiment.

Quizzes

Knowledge tests with correct answers and a pass mark, so each participant passes or fails against a clear standard.

360 feedback

Several people rate one person. Subjects nominate raters, managers approve them, and results compare self with others.

How it works

From the first question to the client report

  1. 1

    Build

Lay out modules and questions in the Builder, from Likert scales and NPS to rankings, matrices and image choice: 12 question types in all. Map questions to dimensions to score them.

  2. 2

    Run

Deploy to a client's cohort in waves: pre-training, post-training, pulse or benchmark. Share a public link, a short link or personal invitations.

  3. 3

    Read

Compare a pre-training wave with a post-training wave to see what moved. Export to CSV or Excel, and send individual and cohort reports as PDFs in your own branding.

Built for Europe

Seven languages, one instrument

Translate an assessment once and every participant takes it in their own language. Scale labels, buttons, messages and PDF reports follow, with Greek set correctly down to its capitals.

360 feedback

See the gap between how people see themselves and how others see them

  • Rater categories and an anonymity threshold you set, so small groups stay anonymous.
  • Subjects nominate their raters and managers approve them before rating opens.
  • Gap analysis sorts every dimension into blind spots, hidden strengths, shared strengths and development areas.
  • Development plans with goals, actions and check-ins that the subject can share with their manager.

Three kinds of user

Everyone sees what they need, and nothing more

Training partners

Build and deploy in the Console, manage the organisations you work with, and follow completion as responses come in.

Organisations

Your clients follow their own people in the Portal: dashboards, cohorts and insights, with controls over how much individual data you can see.

Participants

No account and no password. A link, a language and a short, neutral set of questions, then their own results as a PDF if you allow it.

Your brand on every report

Your logo, colour and fonts on the emails and PDF reports that participants and clients receive.

Live Q&A with Open Floor

Share a link during a workshop. The room posts questions without logging in and upvotes the ones that matter most.
